We are incredibly lucky to be situated on the Isle of Sheppey as our local area provides such a rich history; this is a fantastic, natural resource for teaching our curriculum and gives opportunities to discover this history and sense of community.

Pupils have the opportunity to explore local places of historical interest; Minster Abbey and Gatehouse Museum, Rose Street Cottage of Curiosities, Blue Town Heritage Centre, the history of The Montgomery, Queenborough Castle remains, Shurland Hall and the Dockyard to name but a few.
