Being part of the Governing Body at Sheerness West Federation is very rewarding and we are always interested in hearing from anyone who may be looking to join our team.

No particular skills are required, and you do not need to be an education specialist to join us. Our team is made up of a dedicated group of people, with a variety of skills. Those with experience outside of education are invaluable and provide some much needed alternative perspective. It is bringing everyone together that gives us strength and balance.

We welcome people from our community (and further afield) who all have a common interest to be part of a team with the single goal of improving the life chances for the young people in our care.
